NERAZZURRI DIVIDED IN TWO GROUPS FOR SPECIFIC WORKOUTS (inter.it)

APPIANO GENTILE - Training has started for the nerazzurri. The group arriving from Bormio started with a light jog before going into the gym for a specific workout with trainer Alfano. 
The World Cup players, together with the new Almeyda and Coco , have started a different training program: running around the Pinetina before doing some exercises.
